This model is typically used by organizations which wish to exact a minimal degree of control over the packaging environment. Decentralized packaging allows for the organization member hotel partners to sell an unlimited number of packages into the central reservation application.
When deployed at the association level, decentralized packaging, as utilized by Toronto Tourism on www.reservations.torontotourism.com, allows the organization to quickly maximize the number packages sold by it hotel partners.
